What Is Macerator Toilet？

A macerating toilet helps you to solve the problem of transferring waste uphill to the sewer when you install a bathroom in a basement or at the bottom of a slope.

It macerates -- grinds -- waste and pumps it under positive pressure to the sewer.

Made of PP material and electric motor inside, the wastewater pump is a sturdy and long life.

It comes with a fully automatic flushing system with low noise, you don’t need to operate manually.

There is built-in non-clog stainless steel impeller blades to make short work and disposes of it easily. In addition, the reversal design can easily take away the rubbish if the blade can’t be work.

Dreamsani Functions:

1.The inside of the product comprises of a pressure chamber, which starts and stops the unit, and the motor, which drives the stainless steel macerator blades and the pump. When the flush is activated, the water flowing into the FLO-WC500 activates a micro switch in the pressure chamber, which in turn starts the motor.

2. The motor is sealed for life in oil filled enclosure. A common spindle drives the impeller and the macerating blades. The moving parts therefore are kept to an absolute minimum. Water and organic waste matter, enter the chamber and are reduced to slurry as the macerating blades rotate at 3600 RPM. The centrifugal force causes the reduced solids to be ejected through a grill into the container where it is picked up by the impeller pump mounted beneath the motor.

3. In addition to the toilet waste, our macerating pump will also discharge gray waste water from a variety of other sanitary fixtures, such as: a hand basin, a bath, a bidet.

2 Way to install the pump

Installation Steps:

The product is simple to install. There are just four connections.

1- The macerating/pump is connected to the spigot of a horizontal outlet toilet.

2-The toilet tank is connected to the water supply.

3- The macerating/pump is connected to the small diameter discharge pipe work.

4- The macerating/pump is connected to the electrical supply. Then optionally connect the discharge pipes from the sink, shower, bath and/or washing machine.
